With ventures that include fashion, podcasting, public speaking, a jewelry collection, and an anticipated book, the principal is expanding her support staff to uphold and advance her multifaceted brand.
Ideal Candidate: The perfect candidate is proactive, meticulous, and well-versed in the social media domain and its associated fields. This position demands a flexible individual who can handle administrative duties, run errands, and contribute to the influencer's brand development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the principal for daily meetings and commitments.
- Manage errands, oversee deliveries, and provide personal assistance as required.
- Assist in enhancing the influencer's social media visibility, including content development, scheduling, and audience engagement, under the Lead Executive Assistant's direction.
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and other business initiatives.
- Maintain an organized workspace both in the office and during events.
- Participate in strategizing and planning for business growth.
- Conduct research and assist in the development of new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Lead Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all business sectors.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the influencer, entertainment, or fashion sectors.
Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
Ability to foresee needs and take proactive measures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable utilizing various digital tools and platforms, including social media, email management systems, and project management applications.
Willingness to adapt to flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessitated by the influencer's schedule.
Capability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
