Key Responsibilities:

As a Fashion Livestream Host, you will be responsible for hosting live sessions on TikTok to showcase fashion products, provide styling tips, and engage with viewers in real-time.

You will also be responsible for developing creative concepts for live streams, including planning content, preparing scripts, and organizing product demonstrations.

Additionally, you will interact with viewers during live broadcasts, respond to comments and questions, and foster a community atmosphere.

Furthermore, you will effectively promote fashion items, accessories, and trends featured during live sessions to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

You will work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align live streaming initiatives with overall marketing strategies and product launches.

Finally, you will stay informed about current fashion trends, industry news, and influencer collaborations to maintain relevancy and appeal to the target audience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for fashion, social media savvy, excellent verbal communication skills, creativity, and adaptability.

You will also need to have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and e-commerce specialists.

A bachelor's degree in fashion, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, as well as previous experience as a live stream host, social media influencer, or in fashion retail.

Demonstrated success in engaging audiences and driving results through social media platforms is also a plus.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role includes an hourly fixed fee plus commission for primary carousel hosts, and a full-time bi-weekly salary plus commission for full-time hosts.

The salary range is around $4,000/month plus 1-2% commission, based on experience and performance.
