Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the needs of our growing organization.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Leverage digital and social media, advanced sourcing techniques, and employer branding to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
- Maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience in building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams that attract and retain top talent.
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, consistently driving team success and fostering positive relationships.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of global technology ATS and HR software.
- Experience with talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends and job market conditions.
- Proficient in social media recruitment and employer branding strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in current role with a strong potential for promotability based on performance and leadership qualities.
