Job Description: As a member of our Cross-Border practice group, you will work closely with multinational companies to advise on labor and employment issues worldwide. Your expertise will be essential in helping clients navigate complex international employment laws and develop risk-based solutions to meet their global workforce needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A juris doctor degree and active bar membership in the United States
  • 5+ years of U.S. labor and employment law experience
  • Proven expertise in cross-border and international employment law, particularly in Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze novel and complex legal issues and design practical solutions
