About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Tech Observer. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Marketing and Advertising law to ensure our brand's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

The Compliance Specialist will work closely with our Marketing and R&D teams to review and approve marketing materials, advertising assets, and social media content. You will be responsible for ensuring that all claims on product labels and marketing collateral are properly substantiated.

In addition, you will coordinate with our Regulatory functions to ensure that adequate testing protocols are in place. Your role will also involve working with Marketing personnel to meet deadlines for review and attending regular team meetings to discuss assignments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required
  • At least five years of related experience in Marketing and Advertising law
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
