Job Description

Parx Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Account Manager to build and maintain referral source relationships with healthcare professionals, manage account relationships, and ensure patients receive high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and skilled nursing centers to drive patient admissions and referrals.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure clients receive optimal care and support.
  • Coordinate discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from post-acute facilities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of our services.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home healthcare services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health care, preferably as an Account Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the home healthcare industry, including regulations, policies, and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel to client's homes as needed.
