Job Overview

APR is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our condominium book of business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our condominium clients, focusing on middle and large accounts.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Marketing & Renewals: Create innovative marketing strategies and prepare detailed renewal proposals to drive business growth.
  • Policy Analysis: Analyze coverages and programs, review policies, and suggest additional coverages as necessary.
Requirements
  • Licensing: Must possess a 220 P&C License. Additional insurance designations are preferred.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years (or more) in commercial property & casualty insurance, with a focus on condominium accounts.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Florida insurance marketplace.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Applied/TAM Management System is a plus.
