- Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients as they work towards their goals.
- Participate in Agency-Wide Trainings: Engage in agency-wide trainings and work groups to stay up-to-date on best practices and trauma treatment models.
- Facilitate Data Sharing: Share data with clients to facilitate partnered decision-making and keep them informed of their progress.
- Identify Quality Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities for quality improvement and participate in training and activities to enhance professional development.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a credential recognized by the Office of Mental Health.
- Lived Experience: Have lived experience with mental health and/or co-occurring behavioral health challenges.
- Valid NYS Driver's License: Possess a valid NYS driver's license and the ability to drive for required field work.
