Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Operations Branch Leader with Rollins, you will take charge of a branch within a high-performance environment focused on revenue enhancement, profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your role will involve:

  • Overseeing all facets of branch operations following your training period.
  • Providing strategic direction and motivation to sales and service teams, ensuring accountability for daily tasks and achievement of objectives.
  • Inspiring your team to excel in customer retention through the development of a dedicated and service-oriented workforce.
  • Mentoring team members through performance evaluations, coaching, and training initiatives.
  • Utilizing your leadership skills to manage Profit and Loss statements while strategically investing in growth opportunities and maintaining expense controls.
  • Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing corrective measures.
  • Recognizing and nurturing talent during the recruitment, selection, and training of sales, service, and customer service personnel.

Qualifications

  • A strong focus on achieving results and a drive to excel
  • Persistence in overcoming challenges
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in sales and/or operations
  • Experience managing Profit and Loss
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Pest Control or Lawn Care Management
