Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the pet care, hospitality, retail, or food service industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing on strategic projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for animals and commitment to high standards of care.
