- Leads and Develops Team Members: Empowers and motivates team members to achieve their full potential, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
- Ensures High-Quality Customer Service: Fosters a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional service quality and satisfaction.
- Manages Administrative Functions: Oversees the execution of administrative tasks, including HR, finance, and facilities management.
- Develops and Implements Policies and Procedures: Establishes and maintains policies and procedures to guide branch operations, ensuring productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Strong Business Acumen: Demonstrated understanding of business operations, finance, and customer service principles.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in Industrial Laundry or Linen Supply Industry: 5+ years of managerial experience in the industrial laundry or linen supply industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, finance, or equivalent.
