Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Applications Analyst III will provide technical support and expertise to our clinical and business stakeholders. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system needs, and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and monitoring system use.

This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations and the application of information technology to improve healthcare functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with users, colleagues, and developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and expertise to clinical and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system needs
  • Configure, maintain, and monitor system use
  • Develop functional specifications and operational process flows
  • Provide suggestions for potential application modifications, enhancements, or business process changes
  • Communicate effectively with users, colleagues, and developers
Requirements:
  • Baccalaureate degree in Information Sciences or related field
  • Five years operational experience in clinical or healthcare, business, or operation setting
  • Minimum of five years of functional and/or systems analysis and reporting
  • License/Certification/Registration
Preferred Qualifications:
  • EPIC certification in the module(s) being represented
  • Experience in EMR installations
