Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the review process to ensure the precision of site assets and promotions prior to their launch.
  • Conduct daily audits of the site to verify the accuracy of content, merchandising, and overall user experience.
  • Oversee, upload, modify, and maintain product listings (including variations) across all Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Perform routine checks on all Amazon Seller Central accounts to identify policy violations or account health alerts.
  • Execute regular audits on product listings to ensure optimal performance and enhancement, including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other relevant details.
  • Support successful online marketing initiatives, including PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, product launches, and compliance with Amazon's Terms and Services for generating reviews.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis, as well as Best Seller Rank assessments to maximize visibility across marketplaces.
  • Stay informed about Amazon's best practices, emerging trends, and platform updates.
  • Manage and optimize the Amazon Vendor Central account, including regular listing audits, keyword research, and enhancements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, managing site content, promotions, and merchandising.
  • Proficient in Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Innovative and proactive in developing and implementing new processes to enhance departmental efficiency and regularly propose new ideas.
  • Quick learner, assertive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
