Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team at E-SEARCH, LLC. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for planning and designing the interiors of commercial and hospitality spaces throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
  • Create interior design concepts and present them to clients for approval.
  • Develop detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Revit.
  • Select and source materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories that align with the design concept.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
  • Provide guidance on color theory and lighting design to create visually appealing spaces.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design and commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome design challenges.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in plans and specifications.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in interior design.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Revit experience (1 year, preferred).
  • Commercial interior design experience (1 year, required).
  • Leadership or management experience (1 year, preferred).
License/Certification
  • NCIDQ certification (preferred, but not necessary).
