Job Responsibilities:

  • Survey and document existing site conditions; mark out roadways, bridges, buildings, and utilities on construction sites.
  • Utilize unmanned aerial vehicles or drones for data collection.
  • Process field data, including drafting and measurement calculations.
  • Opportunity for professional growth through guidance and financial support for the National Society of Professional Surveyors Certified Survey Technician program, from entry-level to advanced levels.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of surveying experience required.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and responsible individual.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Able to work independently when necessary.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
