About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Director to join our Strategy and Engagement team at FINN Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across all disciplines, including account strategy, insights & planning, paid media, analytics, digital UX, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Strategy and Engagement Leadership in the smooth operation and management of the team.
  • Analyze and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance team productivity.
  • Maintain an overview of team skills, availability, and workload across offices.
  • Align team members' unique talents with client work to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between strategic disciplines, Project Managers, and other departments.
  • Facilitate collaboration between disciplines and ensure the smooth flow of information between teams.
  • Understand the strategic process and resources required to complete various types of projects.
  • Review potential freelance resources and create a database to streamline resourcing.
  • Build trusting relationships with team members and act as a confidante and advisor.
  • Attend leadership meetings and keep leadership informed of team issues, concerns, or successes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in project/resource management within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Management and agency experience is required.
  • Advanced understanding of integrated marketing projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and/or G Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of resource management software and project management tools.
