Regional Service Operations Manager

Pap Kenworth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Service Operations Manager to lead their team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the managers in the Service, Body Shop, and Warranty departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review financial forecasts and department metrics with each manager to help them meet their financial goals, control expenses, optimize procedures, and ensure policies are followed.
  • Oversee the safety requirements for the region, technician training paths, and completion timelines.
  • Provide assistance with facility inspections and work with Pape' Properties on infrastructure requirements and projects for Zero Emissions charging stations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or four or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior management and/or operational experience with an understanding of budgeting, staffing, and personnel procedures.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to maintain good customer and member relations.
