**Position Overview:**

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that each property meets or exceeds performance and financial goals, is properly staffed, and delivers exceptional guest experiences. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and Develop Hotel Management Teams: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure Compliance and Brand Standards: Ensure compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Site Visits and Assess Performance: Conduct regular site visits to assess property performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and Analyze Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and profitability.
  • Advise and Assist General Managers: Monitor, advise, and assist General Managers with HR opportunities.
  • Stay Informed and Identify Opportunities: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, identify threats and opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving financial targets.
  • Experience with select service hotel brands and knowledge of industry standards.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
