About the Role

This role is a key position within the Fraud & Identity Market Planning team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading and driving product sunsets, customer migrations, and new acquisition integrations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with cross-functional organizations to coordinate the strategic and tactical direction for fraud analytic solutions.
  • Understand customer needs around fraud analytic solutions to address consumer identity risks within the customer journey.
  • Identify fraud analytic needs, including messaging to customers and pricing.
  • Ensure a holistic view by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes across stakeholders and other workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders/customers across divisions to maximize program effectiveness and influence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a matrixed organization, influencing, negotiating effectively with leadership and peers.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in data-driven analysis and creation of dashboards and reports, leveraging tools such as PowerBI.
  • Experience in collaboration tools, for example JIRA, Confluence. Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Business acumen, strategic planning, creativity, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
