  • Lead teams to solve problems and implement solutions without direct supervision.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and required documentation as needed.
  • Work to continuously improve relationships with customers and business partners, including collaboration to resolve support issues and deliver enhancement requests.
  • Monitor/complete development requests from internal customers and resolve issues quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines and accelerated customer priorities.
  • Provide/coordinate support in system upgrades, preventive maintenance, deployments on the systems/technologies.

Requirements:

  • Collaboration skills, ability to work with people of varying backgrounds and levels within the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical information effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to stay current with technological advancements.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, software engineering, or IT-related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the IT field.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with managing projects, vendors, and teams.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience in Robots Process automation cognitive platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer focus, interpersonal, and relationship management.
  • Experience with MS Office, Excel.

Salary Range:

$90-$110k/year approximation (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).
