Job Title: Group Sales Manager

Sloomoo Institute LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team. As a Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving group ticket sales and partnerships across our locations, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and sell group bookings to OTA, third-party resellers, student groups, and international groups.
  • Manage the entire group booking process, from inquiry to completion, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive group ticket sales growth in collaboration with the CEO.
  • Establish and grow relationships with key partners to drive sales and meet objectives.
  • Ensure group customers have a seamless booking experience by maintaining close communication throughout the process.
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems and internal tools.
  • In collaboration with marketing, develop sales collateral, direct mail, and email campaigns.
  • Review and analyze sales performance data regularly to adjust strategies for better outcomes.
  • Organize and represent Sloomoo at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in hospitality, attractions, events, or a similar industry.
  • Experience with group sales, event planning, or partnership development is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with the capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
  • A positive, energetic attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
