About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Capture Manager, Director to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for leading complex capture efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead capture efforts from start to finish, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development strategies.
  • Develop and execute capture plans to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Manage and mentor capture teams to ensure successful execution of capture efforts.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in managing complex capture efforts within the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Experience as a capture manager supporting DoD customers.
  • Experience with developing Cyber solutions for DoD and the Intelligence Community in the Cyber operational domain.
  • Experience with executing all phases of a large, multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in proposal development and writing with organizations and program offices in the Department of Defense with a variety of acquisition sizes.
  • Experience with leading teams, working through others, and getting results from teams that do not report directly to you.
  • Ability to travel to other states to support customer visits and other program offices.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in working with DoD acquisition centers and Key Client Mission Stakeholders.
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Experience in briefing executives.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, time-sensitive, and often multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams, and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts.
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
