The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional support to prospective students exploring educational opportunities. A genuine passion for positively impacting the lives of others and facilitating their success is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging potential students in career training programs and coordinating campus visits by:
- Arranging appointments for prospects to tour the campus and discover the various educational programs available.
- Involves significant telephone communication and follow-up, without any cold calling.
- Follow-up methods include phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Conducting in-person interviews on campus to evaluate the educational needs, career aspirations, skills, and potential of prospective students, assisting them in finding suitable training options.
- Guiding prospective students through the admissions process, ensuring all necessary documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in recruitment, college admissions, public relations, career guidance, inside or outside sales, or customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Comfortable with phone communication and enjoys interacting with individuals over the phone.
- Proficient in computer usage, capable of effectively utilizing and documenting all activities in contact management software.
The selected candidate must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screening.
