Role Summary: As a Client Support Liaison Associate, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication and document exchange for both internal and external clients. This position is primarily office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication:
    • Request necessary documentation from clients.
    • Follow up on signed engagement letters, consents, and e-file forms.
    • Serve as the primary contact for non-technical inquiries.
  • Manager Support:
    • Assist in rolling tax returns using Axcess & Engagement Binders.
    • Organize and save documents in Engagement & SP Binders.
    • Prepare PBC & Open Items Lists.
    • Support with e-file rejections.
    • Manage extension workflows.
    • Submit Engagement Letters for preparation.
  • Due Date Management:
    • Coordinate meetings with managers to review Due Date Lists.
    • Analyze data using tools like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
    • Create custom reports as requested.
  • Tax Caddy Assistance:
    • Manage client accounts.
    • Report incoming documents.
    • Streamline workflows based on the percentage of documents received.
  • Local Office Support:
    • Print, bind, and prepare paper deliverables.
    • Scan and upload documents to the appropriate servers and repositories.
    • Act as a backup for various local tasks, including reception duties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Some college education is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are preferred.
