Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls with a positive demeanor
- Take comprehensive messages and either complete tasks or delegate them appropriately
- Modify existing policies using our proprietary software
- Collect accurate information for our sales team to provide quotes
- Conduct annual policy reviews with clients and clarify coverage options
- Identify and promote bundling opportunities for existing clients
- Process requests for policy changes and endorsements
- Manage incoming claims calls from clients
- Discuss billing matters and process payments
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
- Competitive salary with unlimited commission and bonus potential (monthly and annually)

- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Property & Casualty Insurance license is preferred; however, we will train and license the right candidate.
