Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient receipt and shipment of materials, and resolving any discrepancies or variances in a timely manner.

  • Logistics and Transportation

    Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.

  • Communication and Collaboration

    Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including production, quality, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of logistics and supply chain operations.

  • Quality and Continuous Improvement

    Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality of logistics and supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, or related field.

  • Skills and Abilities

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks; proficiency in inventory management software and other relevant systems.

  • Physical Demands

    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods; ability to work in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
