Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest service while providing insights on equipment condition.
- Conduct tuning and repair services for guests, with training provided.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
- Additional responsibilities may include cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude for performing ski and snowboard maintenance and repairs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Ability to remain active and engaged in a team-oriented environment for extended periods.
- Proficient communication skills in spoken and written English.

The expected pay range for this position is $21.00 per hour. Compensation decisions are made based on various factors.
