Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our healthcare team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with basic nursing care, transportation of patients, and clerical functions
  • Collaborate with healthcare practitioners and registered nurses to provide comprehensive quality care
  • Apply strong interpersonal skills to provide care for patients across a diverse spectrum of ethnic and social groups
  • Perform a dynamic range of duties and functions throughout the hospital
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Medical Assistant-Registered Certification Eligible (Must apply within seven (7) days of hire)
  • Must obtain Medical Assistant-Registered Certification within sixty (60) days of hire
  • Nursing Assistant Certification/Licensure
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Recent bedside care experience in a healthcare environment
