Job Summary

RWE Clean Energy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Wind Farm Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our operations and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our wind farms and related facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on wind turbines and related equipment
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the O&M team
  • Assist with training and safety exercises to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and track equipment performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations and/or maintenance in power generation, transmission, and/or distribution
  • At least 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull equipment
  • Intermediate PC/Laptop skills and ability to create and save documents in Microsoft Office Suite
