Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of spa and fitness professionals to achieve exceptional results and exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing and health requirements, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate facility maintenance procedures and checklists, and ensure a fully staffed facility through effective recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training.
  • Provide excellent customer service, monitor guest feedback, and implement effective marketing and public relations strategies to promote the spa and fitness facility.
  • Ensure fiscal responsibility through efficient scheduling and budgeting, and implement a retail sales plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable spa management experience.
  • 2+ years of successful spa management experience.
  • Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments, retail operations, and inventory systems.
  • Effective leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and make decisions with initiative.
  • Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office products, with CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a physical environment that requires standing, walking, and climbing.
