Security Clearance

The candidate must possess a valid TS (Top Secret) / SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) clearance along with a CI (Counter Intelligence) Polygraph.
Role Summary: This position entails overseeing various programs to ensure adherence to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, as well as maintaining accurate documentation by team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehend the RMF process as mandated by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Cybersecurity protocols.
  • Adapt to evolving processes effectively.
  • Implement the RMF process on specific projects as necessary.
  • Possess knowledge of ICD 503, FISMA, OMB, NIST, and DoD compliance standards.
  • Input project data into the DIA Xacta system for monitoring progress.
  • Ensure timely updates of project information.
  • Document project details in the RMF SharePoint site for tracking purposes.
  • Guarantee adherence to RMF processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate progress.
  • Engage with management and leadership for status updates.
  • Assist in overcoming obstacles to ensure project advancement.
  • Monitor Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) and ensure mitigation post-award.
  • Initiate subsequent RMF efforts promptly to keep program status current.
  • Deliver status briefings to management and leadership.
  • Participate in RMF meetings for updates on progress.
  • Attend project meetings to provide status updates.
  • Submit written Weekly Activity Reports (WARs) to the Deputy Program Manager (DPM).

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the DIA and the DIA Xacta System is advantageous.
