CNA Job Description

At Regency Memory Care, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist residents with daily activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor residents' conditions, reporting any changes to professional staff
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by a physician or nurse
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

• CNA certification from a state-approved program
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Experience working in a healthcare setting (none required)
