Healthcare Manager

About the RoleThe Nursing Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and supervision of client care activities within the home care setting. This includes working with other team members to ensure an appropriate level of staffing and coordination of care to meet client goals.
- Provide ongoing supervision, clinical education, support, and evaluation to the nursing staff.
- Support the Nursing Director in oversight of Nursing Supervisor, including communication of updated policies and procedures, case load assignment, and additional clinical needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled nursing professionals to provide high-quality care to clients.
- RN licensure in designated states as appropriate.
- Valid Driver's license and Acceptable MVR.
- Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
- Leadership Experience: 1 year (Preferred).
