General Manager, Performance

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our retail store team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for directing the management of the store, with profit and loss responsibility. This includes asset management, customer growth, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct management of the store, with profit and loss responsibility
- Asset management, customer growth, revenue production, personnel development, and inventory control
- Recruiting and staffing procedures for the store
- Quality control calls on all new lease agreements within 1 business day of delivery
- Physical monitoring of the back door during inventory movement
- Facilitating and reconciling inventories by Wednesday of every week
- Safeguarding all company assets
- Accurate and timely bank deposits
- Training and developing of store associates
- Customer service programs, company guidelines, and policies
- Adequate availability of merchandise at all times
- Accurate financial measures and transactions
- Meeting or exceeding forecasted financial goals
- Published hours of store operations
- Returned merchandise certification, reclassification, and pricing
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of prior specialty retail management experience
- T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver's License, and compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
