Job Title: Culinary Event CoordinatorJob Summary:

This is a culinary role that requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing events, ensuring high-quality food storage and handling practices, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Execution: Manage and execute events during service hours, adhering to established procedures and standards.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food following standard kitchen procedures, maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain all health and hygiene standards, adhering to county guidelines, and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Experience: 2 years of experience in high-volume or fine dining environments.
  • Knife Skills: Advanced knife skills are essential for this role.
  • Recipe Following: Ability to read and follow recipes and standards.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Lifting and Standing: Ability to lift large items up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
What We Offer:
