Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at American Furniture Warehouse. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, empathize with customers, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Analyze customer complaints and concerns, identifying solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay up-to-date on AFW policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or furniture industry setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
