Senior Client Executive, Commercial Risk Management

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior Client Executive, Commercial Risk plays a pivotal role in managing carrier relationships for CRMG by leading the service team on significant accounts as designated, which includes orchestrating key services and formulating the initial placement/renewal strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to fulfilling all responsibilities of a Client Executive, the following tasks are essential:
1. Establish and nurture robust commercial carrier relationships.
2. Conduct marketing initiatives for major accounts as assigned.
3. Prepare risk assessments or review peer-generated risk assessments for designated accounts.
4. Oversee service delivery, including the development of initial placement/renewal strategies.
5. Execute special projects as required.
6. Identify opportunities for enhancement within the firm, business segment, and processes, and escalate issues to the appropriate leadership.
7. Serve as a mentor to new team members when requested.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with progress towards a professional insurance designation.
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Account Management is required, demonstrating proficiency in the field.
Certifications:
None required; preferred certifications may be beneficial.
Licenses:
Must maintain all necessary licenses as mandated by the State Department of Insurance to provide services, consultation, and financial risk transfer solutions in applicable states.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Possesses a strong understanding of general insurance market dynamics and specific underwriting appetites of insurance carriers.
Can assess complex risk exposures, existing insurance coverages, and formulate suitable recommendations for clients and prospects.
Exhibits effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrates exceptional client service and problem-solving abilities.
Works collaboratively with a team of professionals from CRMG and other business segments.
Embodies the organization's core values, demonstrating behavior that aligns with the firm's culture.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to learn other relevant software systems as necessary.
