Role Overview:
As an Automotive Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing essential maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and replacements.
- Collaborating with team members to execute technical services efficiently.
- Reducing customer complaints by providing thorough and timely repair services.
- Maintaining shop equipment in optimal condition while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
- Keeping management informed of any mechanical issues as they arise.
- Operating equipment and customer vehicles with care and responsibility.
- Ensuring effective communication among team members and support departments.
- Familiarizing yourself with and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Complying with legal regulations, including OSHA standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in vehicle repairs.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Experience in passenger/light truck maintenance, oil changes, tire repairs, and minor automotive repairs is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting items weighing at least 50 lbs and engaging in various physical activities.
- Full-time schedule available Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
