Senior Dialysis Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Senior Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and contributing to the overall success of our dialysis program. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional patient care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based practice changes.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to dialysis care.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on dialysis-related topics.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in peer review activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in dialysis nursing, or a related field.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
