Key Responsibilities

This role is focused on driving operational excellence as the Logistics and Administration Specialist at American Loyalty. Key responsibilities include managing daily office operations, coordinating logistics, preparing reports and presentations, utilizing Excel for data analysis, assisting with bookkeeping tasks, communicating with team members and clients, and participating in weekly team meetings.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for someone with fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), proven experience in logistics and office management, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, basic bookkeeping knowledge, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

With an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics and office management.
