Transportation Specialist

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a skilled Bus Driver to transport club members safely and efficiently. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our youth.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Job:
Key Responsibilities- Transport club members to and from the club in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bus.
- Monitor the operating condition of the bus and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with club members and their families.
- Valid Florida CDL Class B license with passenger and air brake endorsement.
- At least 1 year of experience driving a bus preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a physical examination.
- No convictions for moving violations in the past 3 years.
Working Conditions:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear.
- Occasionally required to sit.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
