Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Supervisor to join our team at American Loyalty.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating logistics for projects and team activities, and preparing and presenting reports and presentations using PowerPoint.

This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Coordinate logistics for projects and team activities.
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and tracking.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in logistics and office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
