We are seeking a highly skilled Member Service Representative II to join our team at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of deposits, loans, and service ratio.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed member expectations by identifying product and service needs, and providing solutions to member issues.
- Support a member-focused culture that influences the use of technology and collaborates with departmental partners to provide a seamless experience for members.
- Provide superior service, support branch growth and service, and demonstrate compliance with credit union standards.
- Communicate effectively with members, associates, and partners to provide exceptional member service.
- Ensure compliance through adherence to all credit union policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in financial and industry technology or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction.
- Familiarity with PCs and applicable software.
- Ability to work extended evening and weekend hours and to travel to other locations to provide extended hours coverage.
