Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a Lead Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the housekeeping and laundry operations at a single site. You will lead a team of housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping and laundry operations at a single site.
- Lead a team of housekeeping and laundry staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all areas meet our high standards.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of experience in environmental services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision desired.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
- Ability to work around food and cleaning products.
- Must be able to live in the service area.
