Management Trainee Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Management Trainee to join our team at Stewart's Shops. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with Shop Managers to learn our operational standards and procedures, with the goal of becoming a Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Find solutions to customer and operational issues
  • Teach and train team members on our tools and solutions
  • Effectively communicate with partners, senior management, and district staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Perform shop duties, including food preparation, customer transactions, and housekeeping
  • Create schedules based on business needs and team member availability
