Guest Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team at Wingate by Wyndham. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome
  • Administer check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Provide front desk services to guests, including room assignments and administrative duties
  • Deliver mail and messages to guests
  • Process guest payments and handle financial transactions
  • Coordinate staff management and ensure a smooth operation of the front desk
  • Be a source of information for guests on various matters, such as transportation and restaurant recommendations
  • Accommodate general and unique requests from guests, including resolving issues in their rooms
  • Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform night audit duties when working the overnight shift
  • Assist in various other hotel issues when on duty
Requirements:
  • Minimum Salary: $16 per hour
  • Maximum Salary: $19 per hour

Salary Unit: Hourly
