Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Finance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in defining and executing our business strategy for supply chain finance solutions.

About the Job
  • You will collaborate with our Global Heads of Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance to develop a comprehensive commercial plan for promoting our SCF and Receivables Finance solutions globally, with a specific focus on the US market.
  • Your expertise will include a deep understanding of our SCF and Receivables Finance product catalog, including receivables purchase programs with credit enhancements, mass receivables, receivables securitizations, third-party SCF platforms, and sustainable SCF.
  • You will originate and execute SCF and Receivables Finance opportunities, attending client meetings alongside Industry, Global, Transactional, and BEC bankers.
  • Responsibilities also include receiving and managing Request for Proposals (RFPs), assisting in proposal presentations to necessary committees, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation with Legal CIB, and contributing to the development of new solutions to enhance our Working Capital products catalog.
  • You will lead the request for approval of new SCF and RF products or improvements in existing ones in necessary committees and collaborate with our GTB Monitoring team in developing procedures for follow-up and monitoring of Structured Receivables Finance operations.
  • Your analytical skills will be essential in measuring, monitoring, and analyzing income from products generated by clients and geography using management tools.
Qualifications
  • A strong background and sales experience (10+ years) of SCF & Receivables Finance products are required.
  • Expertise in receivables securitizations, capital, and accounting will be highly valued.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is effective time management and presentation skills.
  • The ability to interact with multiple nationalities, teams, and environments, coordinate teams in different time zones, and negotiate in complex situations is crucial.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with high business level in English and Spanish (preferred) are required.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (+MBA preferred) is required.
Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $250,000. A generous employee benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunities are also available to successful candidates.

Note: Employment eligibility to work with BBVA in the U.S. is required, as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
