Survey Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate projects to guarantee adherence to company standards.
  • Formulate project scopes and cost estimates.
  • Maintain communication with clients and deliver updates on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance and control protocols.
  • Spot new business prospects and assist in business growth initiatives.
  • Draft written communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in professional organizations to broaden your network.
  • Review project calculations and designs for precision.
  • Guide team members and conduct performance assessments.
  • Coordinate various project elements and submissions.
  • Support internal training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience.
  • Possession of a valid Professional Surveyor's License in Ohio is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and surveying software.
  • Experience with Terrestrial LiDAR and UAV technologies.
  • Capability to accurately interpret technical documents.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver's License.
