Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
- Promote company programs, such as customer loyalty programs and warranty sales.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information and create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items repetitively.
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking and perform repetitive motions for short periods.
