About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at True Commerce. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Meet or exceed monthly lead generation quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with potential customers to understand their business needs and provide value-added solutions.
  • Account Development: Develop, land, and expand opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Sales Cadence: Demonstrate a sales cadence by researching accounts, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate activity records within our CRM system.
  • Professional Development: Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings to improve knowledge and skills.
Requirements for Success
  • 1-2 years of previous sales experience (technical sales is preferred).
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience.
  • Previous outbound calling experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Proven ability in building client rapport.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
